Shipping, Returns & Refunds
1 - Shipping
Items shall be shipped within 2-4 working days unless a specific agreement has been set up.
Shipping methods offered for drop shipping will be offered upon checkout and shipment tracking number and notification will be sent to you once items are dispatched.
Baucorp cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery caused by freight and delivery companies.
Baucorp cannot be held responsible if the package goes missing once delivered.
If any goods are received damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving them.
Baucorp must then be notified within 72 hours after the expected delivery time.
If any goods are received faulty you must notify us within 7 days by the receipt of them.
We cannot be held responsible for goods that do not arrive to the customer due to errors made by the customer when entering the address details.
Please make sure that all your details before confirming your order are correct.
Also note that the address must be accessible to courier drivers and if no shipping instructions are left that someone is there to receive the package.
It is, in any case, intended that if packages are sent back to Baucorp, we will refund you the item cost excluding the shipping charges incurred.
Please also note that deliveries made to business addresses or your place of work are considered received once they arrive at the address. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the item is safely received.
2 - Returns
In the event of any items received being damaged or incorrect items received, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org together with a description and photographic evidence.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Upon our inspection, we will decide upon one of three following options:
- The damage warrants a discount;
- The damage warrants a refund;
- A new item to be sent out.
Refunds are applicable for the items only and do not include the price paid for shipping.
3 - Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If a product does not get delivered within a certain amount of days since the shipment, the customer is entitles to request a refund. The amount of days depends on the country the item was shipped to. Upon receiving the refund request, we will verify that the tracking code hasn't been marked as "Delivered" and also that the package hasn't reached an USPS distribution center yet. In those cases, the customer will have to wait for the delivery and no refund will be issued. Otherwise, the refund will be issued. We will ask the customer if he/she prefer to receive the refund or have it converted into a coupon code or a free of charge reshipment of the undelivered item.
The amount of days after the shipment required to request a refund are:
United States - 25 days
Canada - 28 Days
All other destinations - 30 days
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
