building this set was a great experience, no missing pieces and fast delivery
It was good but it did not have fast shipping and it took a month and a half to arrive at my home
My son is really pleased with the set and excited to work on his next one! Customer service was excellent when we ran into some shipping issues. Robert explained what they were dealing with and worked to make sure we received our items as quickly as possible.
I actually bought two -- the Panzer IV plus the Tiger 131 -- love the kits -- I never give a perfect score -- I would rate it 9 out 10 -- not 4 out of 5 .. came quickly- the kits are well thought out and shipping wasn't stupidly expensive as you have distribution in Canada as well .. you need to add the Stug-- as I was forced to by a Cobi for Poland .. cheers
I Got my Refund after 6 Weeks Took a while but Set Is Great
I usually have a good experience with these but when I opened the package it was missing the 1st set of Legos and the caps and grenade heads please reach out to me
