Fun Build

This helicopter was really fun to build, There is gearing which rotates both rotors together. Very intelligent. I was missing a piece but their customer service is very good and resolved it within a day. Very impressed with the product and customer support!

Birthday gift

My 7 year old grandson actually picked this out for his birthday. He was thrilled with it after completing it. He has already picked out other sets that he wants me to get him.

So Disappointing

My children spent their own Christmas money on this set and two others. The helicopter did not work as discribed they were suppose to send the pieces and never did. The truck set was missing many pieces they said they would resend and we never recieved those either. The station was the only one that was as described. Very expensive for missing pieces. And after discussing and being told they would be resent and never recieving the two sets, would never buy again.

We are truly sorry for any inconvenience caused and we regret that this issue was not solved as quickly as it should have been. We will rectify this situation.
